This statement is provided in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

CNTROLD.COM is an interactive computer service provider that hosts and displays user-submitted content. The Platform does not create, produce, film, direct, or commission the production of sexually explicit material appearing on the Website.

All sexually explicit content displayed on CNTROLD.COM is created and submitted by individual users at their sole direction and control.

No Primary Production Activity

CNTROLD.COM:

  • Does not hire performers.
  • Does not stage or arrange sexual conduct.
  • Does not instruct users to create sexually explicit material.
  • Does not film, photograph, or record performers.
  • Does not operate as a content studio or production entity.
Any graphic overlays, presentation formatting, branding elements, timer display systems, stylized layouts, or post-processing presentation applied to user-submitted content are technical display functions only and do not constitute “production” as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

User Representations

By uploading content to CNTROLD.COM, each user represents and warrants that:

  • They are at least 21 years of age.
  • They are the sole individual depicted.
  • The content was created voluntarily.
  • No other identifiable person appears.
  • They maintain any records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 if applicable.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining any legally required age-verification documentation.

Records Custodian

CNTROLD.COM is not the custodian of records for user-submitted content.

To the extent that any records are required under federal law, such records are maintained by the individual content creators who produced the content.

CNTROLD.COM does not maintain performer age verification records because it does not produce the content displayed on the Platform.

Strict 21+ Platform Standard

Federal law requires performers depicted in sexually explicit material to be at least 18 years old.

CNTROLD.COM enforces a stricter minimum age requirement of 21 years old for all users and all content submissions.

Any content suspected of involving an underage individual will be:

  • Immediately removed.
  • Permanently banned from the Platform.
  • Reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
  • Reported to law enforcement authorities.

Right to Investigate

CNTROLD.COM reserves the right to:

  • Request age verification from any user at any time.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts pending investigation.
  • Preserve account data and IP logs for investigative purposes.
  • Cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.

Failure to provide requested verification may result in permanent account termination.

Good-Faith Compliance

CNTROLD.COM operates in good faith to comply with federal law governing adult content hosting and record-keeping requirements.

This compliance statement does not create an admission that CNTROLD.COM is a producer under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, and it shall not be interpreted as such.
