  • Host content at the direction of users.

All content is user-generated and published automatically upon upload.

4. Self-Only Upload Requirement

You may upload content only if you are the sole person depicted.

Multi-person content is not permitted.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the individual shown.

  • No other person appears in the content.

  • The content was created voluntarily.

  • You were at least 21 years old at the time the content was created.

  • You own all rights to the content.

Uploading content of another person — including altered, impersonated, or AI-generated likenesses — is strictly prohibited.

Violation will result in immediate termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or post:

  • Content depicting anyone under 21 years old.

  • Non-consensual intimate images.

  • Content involving another identifiable individual.

  • Deepfakes or impersonations.

  • Harassment, doxxing, threats, or coercion.

  • Content promoting trafficking, exploitation, or illegal activity.

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Any suspected CSAM will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.

6. Timed Display and Expiration Features

The Website includes timer-based display functionality.

You acknowledge and agree:

  • Posts are displayed for a limited time as selected or configured.

  • Timer functions are automated and may experience delays or errors.

  • We do not guarantee precise expiration timing.

  • Technical failures may result in temporary continued visibility.

You remain solely responsible for content you upload, regardless of timer behavior.

7. Content Removal and Reporting

7.1 User-Initiated Removal

Users may request removal of their own content through account controls or support channels. Removal from the Website does not guarantee removal from search engines, archives, or third-party services.

If you believe content depicts you without authorization:

No fee is required for removal of unauthorized or unlawful content.

7.3 Administrative Feature Fees

Certain optional profile features or enhanced removal services may carry non-refundable fees. These fees apply only to voluntary feature usage and do not apply to valid legal removal requests.

8. Intellectual Property and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights.

If you believe your copyrighted material appears without authorization, you may submit a DMCA notice that includes:

  • Your signature (electronic or physical).

  • Identification of the copyrighted work.

  • The specific URL of the allegedly infringing material.

  • Your contact information.

  • A good-faith statement.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the claim is accurate.

Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated.

9. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance

All persons depicted in user-submitted content must be at least 21 years of age.

CNTROLD.COM does not produce content and operates solely as a hosting platform. Content creators are responsible for maintaining any legally required age verification records.

10. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Register with a verified email address.

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Maintain confidentiality of your credentials.

Anonymous accounts are not permitted.

We log IP addresses for security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.

11. Data Collection and Security

We collect:

  • Communications submitted to support.
