⚖ DMCA & Content Removal Policy
1. Overview
CNTROLD.COM respects intellectual property rights and personal privacy rights.
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and maintain procedures for addressing:
- Copyright infringement
- Unauthorized use of likeness
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Impersonation
- Identity misuse
2. Immediate Discretionary Removal
CNTROLD.COM may remove, disable, restrict, or investigate any content upon receipt of a complaint or upon internal review.
We are not required to:
- Notify the uploader before removal.
- Restore content after removal.
- Wait for formal legal documentation where risk of harm appears credible.
Removal does not constitute admission of wrongdoing.
3. Copyright (DMCA) Takedown Procedure
To submit a copyright claim under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The specific URL or post ID of the material.
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
4. Non-Consensual Image & Identity Misuse Complaints
If you believe content depicts you without authorization, you must submit:
- The URL or identifying information of the content.
- A statement that you are the individual depicted.
- Contact information sufficient for communication.
We reserve the right to require identity verification before final determination.
5. Identity Verification Requirements
To protect against fraudulent takedown requests, CNTROLD.COM may require one or more of the following:
Option A – Real-Time Photo Verification
A current photo of yourself clearly showing your face while holding:
- The current date.
- The word “CNTROLD.”
- The URL or post ID of the reported content.
Option B – Government Identification
A government-issued photo ID showing name and photo. Sensitive numbers may be redacted.
Option C – Additional Supporting Documentation
Any additional documentation reasonably necessary to confirm identity.
6. Handling of Verification Materials
Any verification materials submitted:
- Are used solely for identity confirmation.
- Are stored securely.
- Are not publicly displayed.
- May be deleted after review unless required for legal compliance or evidence preservation.
Submission of verification materials constitutes consent to their temporary processing for review purposes.
7. Repeat Infringers & Fraudulent Claims
Users who submit knowingly false complaints may:
- Have their accounts terminated.
- Be reported to appropriate authorities.
- Be subject to legal action.
8. Counter-Notification
If content is removed due to a copyright claim, the uploader may submit a lawful counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
CNTROLD.COM reserves the right to decline restoration where safety, impersonation, or non-consensual risks exist.
9. Law Enforcement Cooperation
We will report the following to appropriate law enforcement authorities:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Identity fraud
- Exploitation
- Criminal impersonation
We may preserve logs, IP addresses, and associated account data for investigative purposes.
