My name is Jeffrey Rossman and i was recently photographed outside an apartment building on West 23rd St in Manhattan wearing a little girl dress with lace and ruffles and sheer tights so people walking by could smirk at me knowing I was being made to expose myself publicly to everyone walking by as a little girl sissy faggot.
