1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CNTROLD.COM (“Platform,” “Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users worldwide.

2. Strict 21+ Eligibility

CNTROLD.COM is strictly for adults 21 years of age or older.

By registering, accessing, or uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 21 years old.
  • You are the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • You will not allow minors to access your account.

Any misrepresentation of age or identity will result in immediate termination and may be referred to law enforcement.

3. Nature of the Platform

CNTROLD.COM is an interactive computer service that hosts user-generated content.

  • Content is published automatically upon upload.
  • We do not pre-screen content before it goes live.
  • We do not create user content.

Under 47 U.S.C. § 230, CNTROLD.COM functions as a hosting platform and is not the publisher or speaker of user-submitted material. Users are solely responsible for their uploaded content.

4. Self-Only Content Requirement (Zero Tolerance)

You may upload content only if you are the sole individual depicted. Multi-person content is strictly prohibited.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the person depicted.
  • No other identifiable individual appears in the content.
  • The content was created voluntarily.
  • You were at least 21 years old at the time of creation.
  • You own all rights to the content.

Prohibited uploads include:

  • Content of another person.
  • Non-consensual intimate images.
  • Deepfakes or AI-generated likenesses of others.
  • Impersonation.
  • Revenge content.

Violations will result in immediate account termination and possible referral to authorities.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or distribute:

  • Any content depicting individuals under 21.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Coerced or exploitative material.
  • Harassment, threats, or doxxing.
  • Content promoting trafficking or illegal activity.
Any suspected CSAM will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.

6. Timed Display & Automated Expiration Disclaimer

CNTROLD.COM utilizes automated timer-based display and expiration systems as part of its functionality. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All timers, countdowns, expirations, blackout features, and automated deletion systems operate through software processes.
  • We do not guarantee that any post will expire, hide, or delete at an exact or specific time.
  • Technical issues, server delays, caching behavior, synchronization errors, database processing delays, or system interruptions may cause content to remain visible longer than intended.
  • Automated expiration does not constitute guaranteed deletion.
  • Expired content may remain temporarily accessible due to system processing, browser caching, or network latency.
The timer system is provided as a feature of the Platform and not as a contractual guarantee. CNTROLD.COM is not responsible for damages, reputational harm, or losses arising from timer malfunction, delay, or failure. You remain solely responsible for any content you upload, regardless of expiration timing. If a timer-related issue occurs, you may contact support to request manual review.

7. Content Removal & Third-Party Protection

7.1 User-Initiated Removal

Users may remove their own content subject to feature settings. Removal from CNTROLD.COM does not guarantee removal from search engines, archives, or third-party services.

7.2 Fast-Track Third-Party Reporting (No Fee)

If you believe content depicts you without authorization:

  • Contact us immediately through the reporting channel.
  • Provide sufficient information to identify the content.
  • Provide reasonable identity verification if requested.
  • Upon verification, qualifying content will be removed promptly.
There is no fee for removal of unauthorized or unlawful content.

7.3 Optional Premium Features

Certain optional account or post-management features may involve non-refundable fees. These fees apply only to voluntary feature usage and do not apply to valid legal removal requests.

8. Account Registration & Security

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Register with a verified email address.
  • Provide accurate information.
  • Maintain account confidentiality.

Anonymous accounts are not permitted. We log IP addresses for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Attempts to evade bans may result in permanent suspension.

9. Intellectual Property & DMCA

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice including:

  • Your signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work.
  • The URL of the allegedly infringing content.
  • Your contact information.
  • A good-faith statement.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury.

Repeat infringers may be permanently banned.

10. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

All individuals depicted in user-submitted content must be at least 21 years old. CNTROLD.COM does not produce content and operates solely as a hosting platform. Content creators are solely responsible for maintaining any legally required age verification records.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CNTROLD.COM and its owner from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your uploaded content.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, including:

  • Uninterrupted operation.
  • Error-free functionality.
  • Guaranteed expiration timing.
  • Accuracy of user-generated content.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CNTROLD.COM is not liable for:

  • User-generated content.
  • Technical failures.
  • Timer malfunction.
  • Data loss.
  • Indirect or consequential damages.

All claims must be brought within one (1) year.

14. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive:

  • The right to a jury trial.
  • Participation in class actions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

16. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for:

  • Violations of these Terms.
  • Illegal conduct.
  • Risk to Platform integrity.

Termination does not entitle users to refunds for voluntary feature fees.

17. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CNTROLD.COM.
